Inmediate start – Spanish as a Second Language Teacher / Librarian
British School La Cañada is seeking a Spanish as a second language teacher, who can also be a motivated librarian with a love for books and the ability to enthuse young people to have a passion for reading. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective organisation of the library, as well as supporting students with their choices.
The teaching role will consist of teaching a variety of small groups of students Spanish as a second language.
The successful candidate will have experience of teaching Spanish to secondary age students.

This academic year, the secondary school has grown in size and we now have more than 400 pupils across Years 7-13. In KS3 students follow the British national Curriculum, moving on to study International GCSEs and finally having direct access to universities worldwide as a result of studying 4 A Levels. This summer, our first cohort of year 13 students have achieved outstanding results and we continue to strive for excellence at all levels.
